Paramount has won multiple times for best new home, condo, mixed use, re-hab and development. Paramount was a featured builder in the first-ever urban parade of homes in Chicago and subsequent years as well. Bruce Fogelson also provides leadership to the builders association in local and national government affairs and is involved with his own and community based arts and charity projects. Fogelson holds degrees in real etate and finance from the University of Denver and has career experience in nearly all aspects of commercial, retail and residential real estate and development. He has had personal design development and implementation responsibility for launching over 400 web sites, both large and small. His industry experience spans decades, starting with computers and application software and over the last 5 years in Internet based business.
